Breakfast – the most important meal of the day. However, if you gotta go out at 7 a.m. already during the week, it’s almost impossible to prepare a big breakfast and enjoy it, unless you’re a person who likes to get up half an hour earlier in order to have a proper breakfast at home. Well, to be honest, to me a half an hour of sleep is much more important than to have breakfast at home. That’s why I always make a quick smoothie and drink it on the way to the work or I just have piece of bread with marmelade in the office. However, I love breakfasts!!!!
