How to wear: XXL-Earrings

Although our Instagram feed is still full of chokers, it’s definitely time to clear the way for another accessory – the XXL-earrings. No matter if creole, chandelier earrings, the combination of earring and necklace, this ultimative statement piece of this Spring and Summer is definitely this king-size piece. If you instantly think of Hollywood-style-bling that can only be worn to glamurous evening occasions, then you’re totally wrong, because this time we also have delicate designs that can be worn in real life too.

How to Wear XXL-Earrings?

For an everyday-look, you should consider that less is definitely more, so make sure to go easy with other accessories whilst wearing statement earrings. The general idea is the earrings to be the statement piece, so it should be accordingly presented and not hidden under your hair :D. Because of this, you should either tie up your hair or tuck your hair behind your ears for a polished, sleek look.

Women mostly wear a pair of earrings, while men are (or where?) the ones who wear an earring only in one ear (remember this trend? I always hated it!:D). This time however, women can also wear only one earring and it looks fantastic, especially with a side parting and the hair tucked behind one ear.

Why I Love XXL-Earrings?

I have to admit, as I first read about the trend and saw it on the catwalks, I was pretty sceptical, however, now I’ve totally jumped on the bandwagon and love it :D. Why? Well my outfits are rather simple with no frills. I love wearing jeans combined with a cool t-shirt and a blazer and set some accents with colorful bags, cool sunglasses or interesting shoes. Now the earrings are also a perfect accessory that gives every casual and simple outfit some character. This way you definitely won’t go unnoticed on the street :D.
