After shorts, comfy dresses are definitely my favorites for the hot summer days. Funnily, I would always opt for a pair of quite short shorts, but when it comes to summer dresses, my closet is mostly filled with, either “maxi”, or “bellow the knee” ones. I can’t even explain why, but I simply feel more comfortable wearing longer dresses. Most of my summer dresses are either floral ones or completely black. However, I’m now very into green and this palm-tree print midi dress was definitely love at first sight.
It seems self-explanatory that every woman needs a good cache of summer dresses in her closet and, even though mine is probably quite large, I simply can’t resist buying a few every summer. Every time, at this period of the year, I somehow get this feeling that I don’t have enough summer clothes. To be honest, when at the same time all these sales come around, I can’t stay that strong and simply buy nothing. Is there anyone out there who can relate?
However, to come back to my lovely midi dress with a palm-tree print, I simply think it’s a great investment, because it’s not one of those pieces of clothing you get and wear only once in a lifetime. The length is perfect and the “vacation screaming” print is a fresh version of the usual floral print, which I personally adore and keep wearing all over again.
