The famous skirt is continually being interpreted in new ways from season to season and it never looks boring. This fall, we can find the skirt in different materials, finishes and colors and the the possibilities to style it are endless. Now, let me tell you which models count to my very special favs and how you can easily style them.

Animal Print

Animal print is a trend that runs through the whole fall season. Therefore, it is no surprise that midi skirts in leo, zebra or snake print count to the IT-pieces of the year.

Wondering how to style the animal midi skirt? Nothing easier than that. If you want to look elegant in a relaxed way, combine the skirt with a white shirt, blazer and stilettos. For a more casual look, wear some chunky sneakers.

Checks

Checks, checks and once again checks. No wonder, that a checked midi skirt is that big thing in the fall. Bright and colorful or elegantly quiet, the checked skirt is totally easy to style. My favorite look? A combo with a cozy cashmere sweater and sock boots.

Imitation Leather

Leather is the next important material in this F/W season. Very popular and a must-have are especially looks with midi leather skirts. And this with a good reason, because the midi skirt is a sign of femininity. It underlines the waist and is figure hugging. Simply a real arrounder. When it comes to styling, everything is possible. I like to wear my leather skirt with a lace blouse and a denim jacket. A pair of sock boots is also included, of course.

What is your favorite model for the fall season? What kind of skirts would you go for?
